Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Qualification:
Identify potential customers ("suspects") through various channels and convert them into qualified leads ("prospects") for loan products.
Sales & Customer Interaction
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote loan products and services.
Clearly explain the features, benefits, terms, and conditions of various loan products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
Guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring they complete necessary documentation.
Sales Target Achievement
Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Customer Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage satisfaction and repeat business.
Handle customer inquiries, grievances, and objections professionally.
Administrative Tasks
Accurately record customer interactions, inquiries, and sales transactions in the company's CRM system.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all activities.
