Our Human Resources department is seeking an intern to assist with various tasks related to talent attraction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leverage your skills to learn about our recruiting process and develop knowledge in talent acquisition.
* Analyze resumes for diverse open positions and contribute to pre-screening candidates.
* Support the team with administrative duties, including interview scheduling, database management, and job postings.
* Collaborate on planning and organizing HR-related events.
* Participate in interviews with recruiters to enhance your expertise.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Pursuing a Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, with a minimum 1-year apprenticeship commitment.
* Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interactions with diverse individuals.
* High level of integrity regarding confidential information.
* Strong prioritization and time management abilities.
* Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite.
* Accuracy, attention to detail, and quality-driven work ethic.
* Mandatory proficiency in English (oral and written), with French as a requirement. Luxemburgish and German considered advantageous.
