Job Description
* Coordinating interviews (video calls, phone interviews, and on-site meetings) in close alignment with recruiters and hiring teams
* Acting as the first point of contact for candidates regarding scheduling questions and ensuring a positive experience from the very beginning
* Supporting the maintenance of the applicant tracking system (ATS) and contributing to making scheduling workflows more efficient
* Assisting in the creation of creative employer branding content and actively contributing to the development of new social media formats
* Bringing in own ideas based on current employer branding trends and actively contributing to new and ongoing projects
* Coordinating various career events, from digital formats and in-house workshops to career fairs, including planning, execution, and follow-up
Qualifications
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business administration, marketing, communication, media, social sciences, psychology, human resources, or a related field
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and keep track of details
* Strong communication skills, with a service-oriented and friendly approach, and confidence in written and verbal communication in German and English
* High level of reliability and a conscientious, discreet approach to handling sensitive data
* Hands-on mindset with a proactive approach to tasks
* Interest in employer branding topics and motivation to actively support the team in projects
* Strong sense for language, storytelling, and audience-oriented communication
* High affinity for marketing and current trends on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
