YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM
We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and commercially minded Revenue Growth Manager (m/f/d). In this pivotal role, you will help shape our commercial strategy by optimizing pricing, trade terms, promotions, and product mix. Working closely with our sales teams, you will drive sustainable and profitable growth through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* You define and implement Revenue Growth Management strategies across pricing, promotions, trade terms, and product mix, focusing on value creation over volume
* You conduct deep analysis of market, consumer, and sales data to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable recommendations
* You collaborate cross-functionally, especially with Sales, to ensure alignment and flawless execution of RGM plans in the trade
* You support the execution of commercial plans with the sales team, ensuring alignment with trade realities and customer needs
* You continuously evaluate performance of RGM initiatives and adapt strategies to ensure long-term profitability
YOUR PROFILE
* You hold a university degree in finance, economics, management, or engineering
* You bring a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in RGM, Sales Controlling, Sales, or Category Development, ideally in the FMCG sector
* Experience with the German trade and a solid understanding of trade terms is a plus
* You comfortably work with large datasets, identify patterns, summarize findings, and deliver clear recommendations
* You demonstrate an analytical mindset combined with strong business acumen and a dynamic, proactive, and autonomous working style
* You act as a strong team player who is highly reliable, trustworthy, and guided by a strong sense of ethics
* You build and maintain authentic relationships based on mutual trust
* You effectively persuade and challenge stakeholders when necessary
* You possess solid knowledge of the MS Office suite, and experience with Nielsen, IRI, or ERP systems (such as SAP or JD Edwards) is a plus
* You are fluent in both German and English.
