Department Description & Job Purpose
Are you passionate about digital transformation and eager to apply your analytical skills in a real-world setting? Join our Productivity Solutions and Innovation (PS&I) Global Service Line as a Working Student, where you’ll support initiatives around AI and automation. In this role, you’ll help identify automation opportunities, roll them out, and support in pitching new AI solutions that unlock measurable productivity gains. You’ll work alongside experienced AI and data experts, gaining hands-on experience in cutting-edge technologies and strategic problem-solving across global business functions. If you're currently studying business informatics, data science, or a related field and looking to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and implementation of Intelligent Automation and Generative AI projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing initiatives and ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify innovative solutions and improvements.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative insights to enhance project outcomes.
• Provide reliable support to different teams on various days, adapting to diverse project needs.
• Participate in international projects and communicate effectively.
Key requirements:
• Enrollment in a German University (for working student positions) or (for an internship) in a gap year, ideally with at least 1 years of studies remaining.
• Student status throughout the duration of the contract.
• Strong interest in Intelligent Automation, Generative AI, and consulting.
• Proven ability to work reliably and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with a knack for bringing fresh ideas to complex challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
• Open-minded and eager to engage with international projects and teams.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support multiple teams effectively.
• You can start immediately and are interested in a working student position for 6 months- part time (16-20 h/week).
