Founded in Munich, Germany in 1989, Brainlab develops, manufactures and markets software-driven medical technology, enabling access to improved, more efficient, less-invasive patient treatments. We’re looking for a motivated and relationship-driven individual with a strong interest in surgical technologies to support our Sales Team in expanding our footprint in these specialized fields.
As a Sales Manager, you’ll receive hands-on training and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrate solutions both in person and online, showcasing clinical value through interactive demos, workshops, and webinars
Collaborate closely with colleagues from Regional Sales, Product Management, and Application Consulting to align strategy and execution
Manage the complete sales cycle, including quotations, tender responses, and documentation for RfPs
This position reports directly to the Regional Manager and will be home-office based. Ideally, you are located in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), with good access to Central Europe by car and proximity to an international airport.
Clinical, technical, or sales experience in medical technology – ideally in orthopedics, vascular surgery, or interventional radiology
Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus
