Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, inspirational, and experienced manager responsible to the General Manager for managing the National Ambulance Control Centres.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage the operation of ACC, ensuring performance targets are met for service delivery and staff wellbeing.
2. Work independently, managing multidisciplinary teams with exceptional personnel management skills.
3. Lead and inspire team members effectively.
4. Contribute as a key member of the ACC Senior Leadership Team, bringing significant management experience and a proven track record of success, sound judgment, and decision-making.
5. Demonstrate performance delivery, people management, and partnership working skills.
6. Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Location Details:
The base location for this position will be Edinburgh or Glasgow, as agreed with the successful candidate.
