Your seat to fill:
1. Create digital assets for E-Commerce projects, including landing pages, banners, newsletters, advertising, and other digital touchpoints
2. Collaborate with the Content Team E-Commerce to design and optimize landing pages for various product launches and campaigns that drive sales and conversions
3. Ensure are visually engaging, user-friendly design, that is aligned with the overall branding
4. Ensure high quality and consistency standards, by image resizing and retouching
5. Assist in prototyping landing page concepts and ensure that design is visually engaging, user-friendly, and aligned with the overall design and branding
6. Participate in creative brainstorming sessions with the Content Team E-Commerce to develop innovative landing page concepts that enhance the customer journey
7. Handle graphic design requests efficiently and meet deadlines while ensuring a high quality standard
8. Stay up to date with digital design trends and competitors' visual strategies
Your stroll to CYBEX:
9. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
10. Early career professional with foundational experience in digital graphic design
11. Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
12. Experience in UX design and familiarity with user-centered design principles is preferred
13. Understanding of responsive design and the ability to create designs optimized for different devices and screen sizes
14. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
15. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple design projects
16. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
17. Fluent in English (and German is a plus)
