WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Marketeers effectively spread the word: In the Marketing Team we shape a brand that stands for the democratisation of wealth. We raise awareness for our mission by bringing the best creative talents together with the most data-driven marketeers. We are the face to our growth. Your responsibilities will include: Own and drive the customer acquisition strategy for Influencer partnerships and Affiliate marketing program in Italy Own performance management, publisher sourcing, negotiations and onboarding to ensure continued progress towards growth targets Oversee and nurture partner relationships Partner closely with the data organisation in improving tracking capabilities and measuring effectiveness WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 6 years of experience as Affiliate/ Partnerships Manager in a business-to-consumer and app-first business, including 4 years of relevant experience at a high-growth technology company Analytical mindset - i.e. you have experience with automating reports and you are confident in excel Experience in managing external partners and vendors Exceptional negotiation skills You are proficient in English and Italian WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY NOW Our culture rewards ownership, excellence, and high energy.
