M client is a leading international construction company who have recently been awarded a new power generation project in Berlin. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sub Contracts Manager to oversee and manage subcontractors, lead commercial negotiations with bidders prior to issuing the recommendation to award, and after the final subcontractor has been approved by the Project Director and Site Manager (or the Management Committee, as the case may be following the level of authorizations defined in the Subcontracting Procedure). Once contracts are signed by the procurement team, this position assumes full responsibility for subcontractor management, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety requirements throughout project execution.Candidates should have a degree in engineering or business administration and should have proven experience in sub contracts management on major EPC construction projects. \the role will be based in madrid for the initial few months and then relocate full time to Berlin when main construction starts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
