Your mission As an AI NLP Solutions Engineer, based in Munich Germany, you will play a key role in supporting both pre-sales and customer adoption of our AI-driven NLP enterprise software for collaborative RFQ evaluation. With a strong focus on back-office execution, you will prepare tailored, data-driven demos and deeply investigate customer-specific use cases to ensure successful onboarding and long-term value realization. Prepare and configure tailored demos on customer data to support pre-sales activities and showcase platform capabilities Investigate and resolve customer-specific use cases and edge cases during onboarding and adoption Collaborate with sales and customer-facing teams to translate RFQ evaluation workflows into effective platform configurations Support the implementation of collaborative requirements elicitation processes within the platform Perform initial legacy data ingestion using Python-based ETL workflows where required Utilize Python-based APIs for data integration and platform setup Troubleshoot data, document processing, and workflow-related issues Document solutions, patterns, and best practices to improve scalability and reuse Your profile University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field 5 years of experience in a technical sales, solutions engineering, or similar role within enterprise software Strong hands-on experience with data preparation, ETL processes, and enterprise datasets Proficiency in Python, including scripting for data processing and API interactions Ability to analyze complex customer scenarios and translate them into structured solutions Detail-oriented, with a strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently Comfortable working in a cross-functional environment with sales, product, and engineering teams Fluent in English, other European languages are a plus. As a Solutions Engineer, you are responsible for making DRIM deliver in real customer environments. You will work directly with customer data and documents, implement and adapt use cases, resolve edge cases, and guide customers in using the platform as part of their daily workflow. Your goal is to ensure that the product delivers consistent, usable results in practice. You also support the sales process by preparing and delivering tailored demos based on real customer data, demonstrating how the platform can be applied in realistic scenarios.
