Responsibilities include:
* Driving business growth with existing and new RCPG customers, building client relationships, and leading opportunity development and conversion.
* Leading and managing a GTM team of 5-7 members, supporting the Retail & CPG customer base within Europe.
* Adopting a consultative selling approach, acting as a strategic digital partner for clients.
* Managing large, complex opportunities by collaborating with cross-functional teams within HCLTech and integrating technical and commercial solutions.
* Engaging with the ecosystem of platform providers, product partners, and strategic relationships to facilitate digital transformation.
* Driving solution teams to develop market-leading digital solutions.
* Travel may be required up to 25% of the time.
Qualifications and experience:
* Minimum 15 years of experience, preferably in Digital/Application Sales within Telecom, Media, and Tech verticals; other verticals considered.
* Proven track record in managing a portfolio of accounts and driving growth, with the ability to handle clients with annual PnL goals of $200Mn+.
* Experience in consultative sales, understanding industry value chains, and delivering business outcomes.
* Experience in pre-sales, leading large opportunities, designing win themes, and creating innovative commercial solutions.
* Good knowledge of RCPG business, emerging opportunities, and threats.
* Strong business acumen, strategic partnership development, and collaboration skills across solution and delivery teams.
* Commercially savvy with understanding targets, revenue, margins, and forecasts.
* Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
