Responsibilities Primary contact for all audit and certification inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, including external auditors, the internal audit team, and the Information Security team. Analyse, review and optimise existing end‑to‑end IT processes and map business processes such as employee off‑boarding, change‑management analysis, authorisation processes and monitoring of interfaces, in coordination with auditors and stakeholders. Identify missing IT processes, develop and implement them in collaboration with experts and managers. Coordinate closely with Business Process Owners (GPOs) to align and improve business and IT processes. Develop process and system monitoring together with analytics teams and internal audit, and produce comprehensive documentation of all relevant processes. Provide operational support to the audit and internal control teams. Qualifications Successful Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage. At least two years of experience managing IT audits (internal or external) or a comparable role. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external service providers. Knowledge of SAP products, preferably S/4 HANA Public Cloud. Very good German and English language skills.
