1. 1st contact person and feel-good manager for colleagues and customers (m/f/d)
2. Organization of processes in the reception area, e.g. mail processing and parcel receipt
3. Room management, appointment organization and other location management activities
4. Hospitality and support for customers, business partners and suppliers (m/f/d) at the location, e.g. catering
5. Collaboration on smaller and larger in-house projects
6. Support with mobility and travel bookings:Registration of employees (m/f/d) with local authoritiesCompliance with legal and internal company reporting obligationsObtaining country-specific entry and residence regulationsSupport with travel bookings
Your profile
7. Commercial training in office management, hotel management or comparable qualification
8. Career changer with initial work experience
9. Passion and enthusiasm for working with (international) teams and people
10. Your IT skills: Good MS Office skills, i.e. Outlook, Power Point, Excel
11. Good knowledge of German and English
12. Your soft skills: communicative team player (m/f/d) with an eye for detail and people, strong organisational skills
