1. Financial Accounting: Management of accounting documents in an overwhelmingly document-free financial accounting system, including account reconciliation and proof of receipts
2. Payroll and Salary Calculation: Execution of employee compensation calculations, including all social security law and tax aspects
3. Correspondence: Communication with clients, tax authorities and government agencies
4. Preparation of Annual Accounts: Assistance in the creation of annual accounts and profit calculation.
5. Administration: Organisation and administration of client data and documents
6. a completed training in the field of taxation, such as a tax clerk
7. at least one year of work experience
8. fundamental knowledge of Datev, as well as experience with digital receipt processing and payroll accounting, preferably with knowledge of social security laws
9. good Microsoft Office skills
10. reliability, sense of responsibility, and enjoyment of working in a small team, supplemented by practical experiences in taxation
