You have several years of hands-on performance marketing experience with a strong track record in paid social and paid search You have a genuine connection to subcultures like electronic music, hip-hop, skateboarding, streetwear, or art; excellent English is required (German a plus) You have a proven ability to manage large budgets across media platforms You are skilled in product feeds, automation, and MMM tools alongside advanced use of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Excel, and Google Analytics You have a deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization techniques paired with a data-driven mindset You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, thrive in fast-moving agile environments, and are a confident communicator with experience mentoring team members and leading cross-functional projects to completion
