For our Sales Management team, we are looking for a voluntary intern in Hamburg. You will work with our Management team, providing operational and strategic support.
Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership Support: Assist with sales strategies, forecasting, meeting preparations, and leadership-related tasks
2. CRM Admin Processes: Ensure high-quality data and support administrative processes in the internal CRM system
3. Advance internal enhancement initiatives, promotional strategies, and event coordination
4. Executive Team Support: Prepare presentations and provide direct support to the VP and Sales Management Team
5. Plan and facilitate webinars and internal meetings, as well as assist with training programs
Qualifications
6. Proficient with MS Office, especially CoPilot or AI, Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point and Power BI
7. Able to communicate in German and English professionally
8. Being able to be present in the Hamburg Office

9. A deep commitment to renewable energy and advancing the energy transition
10. Good organizational skills, self-managed working methods and a high willingness to learn
11. Looking for a working student job for approx. hours per week
