About the Role
As the local representative in the Bremen region, you will be the key driver for acquiring and onboarding new restaurant partners. With your strong communication skills and business acumen, you will present the benefits of our platform, analyze the needs of potential partners, and build long-lasting relationships that contribute to their success. This part-time role offers independence, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact in your local gastronomy scene.
Key Responsibilities
* Acquire new restaurants in your region and onboard them onto the Lieferando platform.
* Present us to restaurant owners and decision-makers, showcasing the value of partnership.
* Analyse restaurant needs to recommend tailored solutions that enhance growth.
* Manage your sales pipeline systematically throughout the sales process.
* Build and expand a strong network within the local gastronomy community.
* Conduct market and competitor analyses to stay ahead of trends.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective outcomes.
What You Bring
* Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in field sales, retail, or hospitality partnerships.
* Strong passion for new customer acquisition and business growth.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with a confident presence.
* Proactive, self-driven, and able to build effective relationships quickly.
* Analytical thinker with flexibility to adapt to different situations.
* Able to work independently while also thriving in a team environment.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
* Goal-oriented with a structured approach to work.
* Valid driving license (Class B) required.
