Your job:
* Lead the setup and optimization of centralized 247 monitoring operations in large-scale environments
* Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure proper feedback loops and continuous improvement processes
* Establish, document, and refine operational processes, workflows, and incident management practices
* Act as a subject matter expert for monitoring and observability platforms and mentor internal teams
* Drive the integration of monitoring tools across the IT landscape and ensure proactive alerting and reporting mechanisms are in place
* To Create user-friendly software and products, ensuring they meet user expectations and deliver seamless user experiences
* Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing strategic guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality design solutions aligned with business objectives
* Present innovative design concepts and actively contribute to shaping the overall design vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Your profile:
* 10+ years of experience in IT operations with a focus on centralized monitoring in large corporate environments
* Proven track record of working within or leading 247 monitoring teams
* Deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience with at least two of the following platforms: NewRelic SPLUNK Uptrends AppDynamics
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience in setting up effective incident response and escalation procedures
