What youll do
* Support dealers & end users via phone and email
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
* Guide customers on products and best practices
* Manage support tickets and documentation
* Collaborate with internal teams on complex cases
What you bring
* German (proficient/bilingual) + strong English
* 2+ years in Customer Service or Technical Support
* Problem-solving mindset & customer-first attitude
* Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced team
What you get
* €20,500 gross/year + up to €2,000 bonus
* Monday–Friday schedule (09:00–18:00)
