We are currently partnered with a Global leader in aluminium rolled products in their search for an entrepreneurial International Key Account Manager.
The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and developing new markets to achieve sales and growth objectives of their aluminium products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets and maximise client satisfaction.
* Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions with their high-quality aluminium products .
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities within industrial, building and construction, energy, packaging and general engineering industries.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
* Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
* Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of account performance.
* Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience within a sales or account management position selling aluminium or metal products to industrial customers.
* Sales hunter mentality, new business development experience.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
* Existing network within industrial, building and construction, energy, packaging and general engineering industries.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and address client needs.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
