Cluster HR Manager – DACH
Location: Merenberg, Germany (on site)
The Company
On behalf of an international industrial group, leader in its sector and operating globally, we are looking for a Cluster HR Manager – DACH.
The company operates in complex industrial and commercial environments, with a strong focus on innovation, sustainability and international growth.
The Role
The position is responsible for the strategic and operational management of Human Resources across the DACH cluster, covering multiple legal entities and manufacturing sites.
Acting as a trusted partner to the local leadership team, the role ensures full alignment between HR strategy and business objectives within a structured and international environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and implement the HR strategy at cluster level
* Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to senior management
* Oversee all core HR processes (recruitment, performance, development, talent & succession)
* Manage industrial relations and collaboration with employee representatives
* Ensure compliance with German labour law and internal policies
* Oversee compensation & benefits and payroll processes
* Support plant managers and functional leaders on people-related matters
* Lead change management and organizational transformation initiatives
* Monitor and analyse HR KPIs (turnover, costs, engagement, productivity)
* Coordinate and develop local HR teams
Requirements
* Degree in Economics, Law or Human Sciences
* 7–10 years of experience in HR Manager or HR Business Partner roles
* Experience in multinational and matrix organizations
* Background in industrial/manufacturing environments
* Strong knowledge of German labour law
* Experience managing multiple legal entities
* Solid understanding of HR administration and payroll processes
* Strong business orientation and ability to support both commercial and operational functions
* Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills
* Pragmatic, hands-on and results-oriented approach
