Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our growth on the influencer front. You’ll play a key role in building and developing this function from the ground up. You will set the strategy, processes, and partnerships that drive real impact across our products.
What You’ll Do
Own the full influencer marketing pipeline: outreach, negotiation, execution, and reporting
Collaborate with media buyers, creatives, and product teams to launch high-converting campaigns
Track performance metrics, optimize fast, and scale top-performing partnerships
Build and maintain a global network of creators across TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram
Ensure all creator content aligns with our brand values, quality standards, and legal guidelines
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in influencer marketing (agency or client side)
Proven track record managing creators at scale
Strong negotiation, organization, and communication skills
Performance mindset: you know how to optimize for CPI, ROAS, and CPA targets.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
