What you will do
1. Map the relevant industry categories within your assigned territory according to market growth initiatives, prioritise based on attractiveness & business potential for Tetra Pak and propose prospecting plan
2. Ensure alignment with functional counterparts in the Market Company (Processing, Sales, Retail Management, Marketing, Communication)
3. Lead the sales to identified prospects in the region with support from local sales management resources
4. Customer Management during start up phase
5. Portfolio Deployment
6. Provide input to Product Management (customer / market feedback on product performance gaps / improvement needs) and business intelligence (manufacturers, competitors)
We believe you have
7. University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or Engineering
8. Minimum 2 years of Sales/Business Development experience in Tetra Pak or externally minimum 4 years of Business Development experience.
9. Have successful track record of generating new business (suspect to prospect)
10. Understanding of local market / customers / categories mapping to identify opportunities
11. Ability to assess and qualify opportunities along with other functions – Technical Services / Processing etc.
12. Good understanding of retailer environment
13. You are fluent in German and English both written and spoken
14. Flexibility and willingness to travel around 30% of the time
15. Driver's licence
