Job Purpose: This role is part of our Creative team. We deliver end to end data driven campaigns which foster both creativity and performance. Our specialty is creative, digital communications that drive performance, boost brand awareness, and shift market share for our clients. Our team in Germany is the only agency that combines technology, creativity and data to really make our clients grow. We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to help a massive automotive brand become even more massive. You will be responsible for our client’s entire range of social channels, including content planning, content creation (still and motion), copywriting, publication and channel maintenance. The channel language is English, so near native level is required; German is an advantage. What you’ll do Content Planning & Campaign Management: Taking over ongoing campaigns, accounts, and content plans to ensure smooth operations Develop and execute comprehensive social media plans, weekly and monthly calendars Create, plan and publish based on briefings while remaining flexible for ad hoc topics Copywriting & Asset Creation: Write engaging copy in English tailored to different target audiences Edit assets as needed, but usually creating design briefs for our designers Write briefings for content creators / CGC and oversee their work Adapting client material to fit different social channels Adapting concepts from one channel to another Production: Work alongside production teams to produce social content (TikTok, Reels, Photos, etc.) Join small crew production days Oversee post-production of short-form video Senior Position: Guide junior team members and oversee their work Provide constructive feedback Lead by example Motivate others What you bring Proven experience in organic social media management, creative ideation & asset creation (show us some work you’re proud of!) Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken) Presentation skills (this is a client facing role) Familiarity with common social media management tools (more than just Meta Business Suite) Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content Strong organizational skills, even if managing multiple projects simultaneously Creative mindset with a deep understanding of current social media trends and a can-do attitude If you are passionate about social media and have the expertise to drive engagement for our clients, we want to hear from you.
