We are seeking an experienced Power Electronics Engineer to lead the development of next-generation DC-DC converter technologies for advanced computing, telecommunications, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities
* Define, evaluate, and optimize converter topologies to meet demanding performance and system-level requirements.
* Develop and validate simulation models to analyze losses and predict performance in compact, high-density power modules.
* Generate and implement novel design concepts, contributing to intellectual property in areas such as converter architectures, control algorithms, and magnetics.
* Research and develop advanced modulation and control strategies for high-efficiency DC-DC systems.
* Conduct feasibility studies and produce detailed technical documentation and reports.
* Collaborate with academic and industrial research partners across Europe to drive technological innovation and knowledge exchange.
Qualifications
* Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.
* Proven experience in the design and optimization of DC-DC converters, including both isolated and non-isolated architectures.
* Hands-on expertise with wide bandgap semiconductors (SiC, GaN) and associated gate driver design.
* Strong analytical and experimental skills, with experience using simulation and hardware validation tools.
* Demonstrated research output through publications, patents, or conference presentations.
* Excellent command of spoken and written English.
* Familiarity with applications in data centers, telecommunications, or high-performance computing is a strong plus.
