To expand our team, we are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (m/f/d) who can combine a business perspective with a tech perspective and help us take BI to the next level.

What you can do with us:
1. Be a key contributor to PAIR Finance's growing BI landscape
2. Understand the business on a deep level in order to act as an internal consultant to our various departments
3. Process business enquiries, understand requirements, and transform data into actionable insights
4. Analyze PAIR Finance's financial processes and drive data-driven solutions and create actionable KPIs, always taking the business context into consideration
5. Design, develop, and maintain complex reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI and Python
6. Work closely with data engineers to integrate data from various sources into the data warehouse and ensure data integrity and quality
7. Create on-demand analytic reports
What you should bring for it:
8. Working experience in Business Intelligence and/or Data Analysis, preferably in a dynamic environment
9. Strong understanding of business processes and how data can support
10. Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
11. Good Power BI skills (Power Query / DAX)
12. strong Python skills to implement and support in-house analytics, automated reporting tools and ETL scripts (Python experience is a critical requirement)
13. ability to translate data into easy-to-understand business insights
14. excellent communicator in English, German is a plus
