What We're Looking For Experience in product management or a commercialu2013technical role within industrial products, HVAC/R, mechanical systems, or related fields. Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to portfolio management. Proven ability to drive operational excellence, cost-down initiatives, and performance-focused execution. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to translate strategy into clear direction. Confidence in building business cases and supporting investment decisions.
