Your Role
As part of the internal IT services team, you will:
* Take responsibility for consulting, customizing, and further developing SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, PT, PY)
* Drive and support SAP HCM projects across all phases, including documentation and training
* Develop and maintain SuccessFactors applications (LMS, Succession, Performance & Goals)
* Monitor and maintain interfaces between SAP HCM and other systems
* Handle application support tasks independently and proactively
What You Bring
* Experience with SAP HCM (ideally in Payroll, Time Management, or related areas)
* Solid understanding of HR processes and enthusiasm for digital HR solutions
* Initial experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a strong plus
* A structured, proactive way of working and strong communication skills
* Business-level German & English
