Drive Financial Performance & Shape Operational Excellence in a Global Manufacturing Leader!
My client is a global industrial group with several production sites across Europe. To strengthen the financial leadership at divisional level, we are looking for a strategic and hands-on professional to join as Head of Plant Controlling (m/f/d).
Your Responsibilities
* Financial Leadership: Act as the finance business partner for several production sites and support local management in driving performance
* Operational Controlling: Lead and optimize cost controlling, variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting across the plants
* Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present monthly management reports and KPI dashboards using SAP and Power BI
* Process Improvement: Drive financial transparency, efficiency, and cost optimization across operations
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the interface between production, finance, and corporate HQ
* Project Involvement: Support investment planning, business cases, and strategic finance projects
Your Skills & Qualification
* Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or related field
* At least 5–7 years of experience in plant or manufacturing controlling
* Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting
* Solid experience with SAP CO/FI and data analysis tools (Power BI desirable)
* Business fluency in German and English
* Hands-on mentality, strong analytical mindset, and excellent stakeholder skills
