Define and execute the Professional Services strategy, aligned with company growth and customer success objectives. Oversee the successful delivery of complex customer projects, ensuring quality, scalability, and profitability. Establish and continuously improve delivery methodologies, frameworks, and best practices. Own resource planning, utilization, and capacity management across regions and teams. Act as executive escalation point for critical customer engagements and ensure successful resolution. Partner with Sales to support pre-sales activities, solution positioning, and deal structuring. Collaborate closely with Product Management to ensure customer feedback drives product evolution. Define and track key KPIs (e.g., utilization, margin, customer satisfaction, delivery quality). What you'll need Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience with strong technical and leadership background 8–12 years of experience in Professional Services, Technical Consulting, or Solution Delivery, including leading and scaling consulting organizations and delivering complex enterprise-scale implementation projects Experience with delivery governance, resource management, and P&L responsibility Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Postman, and modern AI/ML tools Strong understanding of technical architectures, integration patterns, delivery methodologies, as well as networks and IT infrastructures Strong leadership and organizational development skills, including managing distributed teams and aligning service delivery with business objectives Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills, with the ability to translate complex customer requirements into scalable service offerings Passion for innovation, emerging technologies, and continuous improvement, combined with a proactive, results-driven mindset and strong ownership mentality Experience working in agile and fast-paced environments Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken (C1 level or native), German skills are a plus What you can expect At Retarus, you will work on impactful and dynamic projects, with real opportunities to make a difference.
