Data Engineering : You demonstrate hands-on experience with data engineering practices, including data modeling, data warehousing, and managing ETL processes to ensure a high quality BI pipeline Tracking & Infrastructure : You collaborate closely with Engineering teams to design and implement an effective data tracking infrastructure, identifying key data points, ensuring scalable and reliable data collection methods, and optimizing data flow for analytical needs Dashboards : You show proficiency in working with large, complex datasets to not only prepare analyses but also create reports and dashboards facilitating product managers to make data driven decisions Product Metrics & KPIs: You collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, UX Research, and Design to define, monitor, and evolve metrics and KPIs that measure and optimize product performance Responsiveness: You minimize turnaround time for analytical questions from stakeholders by improving processes and tools Analytics Enablement: You support Product Management in building customer-facing analytics and business KPIs Your fitness level Experience : You have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, specifically in analyzing and reporting on product data Technical skills : You are experienced in ETL tooling, Data Warehouse models, data visualization, and SQL. Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, R) is a plus Data Stack: You have experience with modern cloud-based BI tech stacks, preferably Snowflake, dbt, hex, Mixpanel, Tableau.
