Job Summary

NetApp is hiring a results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to help customers navigate a major shift in the industry, driven by AI-enabled business models, technology stacks, and business processes.

In this role, you will sell NetApp solutions through phone and digital channels across an assigned territory. You will focus on winning new customers while expanding and protecting the existing installed base.

You will work closely with channel partners and internal teams to generate pipeline, advance opportunities, and deliver a strong customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own a defined set of accounts in an assigned territory (initially aligned to Latin America).
• Engage customers and partners through phone and digital channels to build preference for NetApp solutions and uncover sales opportunities.
• Learn customer business requirements and explain NetApp’s value in clear, customer-focused terms.
• Position solutions effectively based on customer needs and the competitive landscape.
• Manage opportunities end to end, working independently while partnering with internal teams and channel stakeholders to close deals.
• Run outbound prospecting and account expansion activities (including cold calling) using tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, and other prospecting platforms.
• Keep CRM data accurate and current for contacts, activities, and opportunities, and provide regular pipeline health and forecast updates.
• Collaborate with distributors, partners, Channel, and Marketing to support quoting, territory planning, campaigns, and partner development actions.

Key Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related commercial function.
• Ability to explain technical solutions in terms of customer business value.
• Experience using prospecting and sales tools (for example, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, and CRM systems).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exposure to selling technology solutions in a distributed or partner-led environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, results-driven approach with demonstrated problem-solving skills.
