Position Summary
The Content Specialist (m/f/d) acts as a critical BMS link between German brand teams, Agencies of Record (AORs), Business Insights & Technology (BIT), Commercialization AI Strategy & Analytics (CASA), and Mosaic to ensure BMS Germany’s content libraries are accurate, searchable, compliant, and activation‑ready. This role owns local implementation of metadata and taxonomy standards, tagging accuracy, seamless asset transfer, and builds well‑structured content libraries that enable GenAI‑driven content creation and reuse across the European region. Responsibilities include maintaining content quality and compliance, supporting claims management, driving content quality and compliance practices, and overseeing content production workflows.
Located on the Munich site, the role requires fluency in both English and German and collaboration with the US Content Team to adapt global standards and translate content for local use.
Key ResponsibilitiesServes as accountable BMS point to ensure content quality and compliance per BMS standards and marketing content platforms.
Based on your function, department or individual position, you will have the opportunity to discuss with your Manager the option to work remotely up to 50% of the time over a two‑week period, with the flexibility to choose the days that align with your collaboration needs.
On‑site ProtocolBMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site‑essential, site‑by‑design, field‑based and remote‑by‑design jobs. Site‑essential roles require 100% of shifts on‑site at your assigned facility. Site‑by‑design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% on‑site at your assigned facility. For these roles, on‑site presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive company culture. For field‑based and remote‑by‑design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
