YOUR TASKS
1. Together with the team, you manage the digital communication and promotion of the PAYBACK gaming world, especially on internal marketing channels
2. You take care of expanding performance-driven measures to increase reach, as well as further developing the CRM communication strategy to optimize usage
3. You evaluate measures and creatives based on common performance KPIs and optimize them
4. You contribute to the further development of services in the (mobile) gaming area
5. You actively promote the exchange with other PAYBACK markets regarding the promotion of the offer
YOUR PROFILE
6. Initial experience in performance marketing – ideally in the area of app performance (mobile user acquisition and retention, fraud prevention, etc.)
7. Completed commercial training or a degree with a focus on business administration, marketing, data analysis, or a comparable professional qualification
8. Very good Excel skills and proficiency in using analysis tools
9. Very good German and English skills, as you will work about 50% in English
10. Experience in the (mobile) gaming area is an advantage
