Role Overview This is a
senior, hunter-focused business development role
with full ownership of
new business growth in Germany
within the
MedTech / Healthcare OEM market, with a strong focus on
fluid management components and solutions. The role reports
directly to the Chief Commercial Officer
and offers a
high level of autonomy, including a
fully remote home-office setup anywhere in Germany .
Key Responsibilities Drive
new business development
within the German MedTech and Healthcare OEM market. Leverage an
existing, solid network of OEM decision-makers
to open doors and accelerate growth. Act as the
lead commercial contact
for Healthcare OEM customers, from first approach through contract negotiation and long-term partnership development. Focus on
component and solution selling
(e.g. tubing, injection-molded components, fluid management systems). Identify and develop opportunities with
key OEM accounts, including (but not limited to): Fresenius, Baxter, B. Braun, Medtronic, Stryker, or similar MedTech OEMs. Analyze the German and European Healthcare market to identify new prospects, applications, and growth segments. Collaborate closely with
Project Management, Application Engineering, and Operations
to ensure successful customer projects and launches. Own
price negotiations
in line with margin and growth targets. Contribute to and execute
annual and long-term Healthcare growth strategies, including a 5-year development roadmap. Actively support the integration and growth of the
recently acquired German business .
Required Profile German national, based in Germany. Strong hunter mentality : highly proactive, comfortable with cold outreach, prospecting, and opening new OEM accounts. Proven network in the German MedTech / Healthcare OEM market is mandatory. Demonstrated experience
selling MedTech or Healthcare products directly to OEMs
(e.g. Fresenius, Baxter, B. Braun, Medtronic, Stryker, or comparable companies). Track record of
winning new business
in complex, technical B2B sales environments. Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, and comfortable working independently from a home office.
Experience & Education Minimum
5+ years of successful sales / business development experience
in MedTech or Healthcare. Strong background in
OEM-driven markets. Experience with
fluid management, tubing, injection-molded components, or plastics-based solutions
is a strong advantage. Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
