Manager HR Service Center Germany (d/f/m)
Join a fantastic team! We are collaborating with our partners within the global HR team at Leica Microsystems and Danaher to elevate HR Operations to the next level. Our flexible and dynamic HR team is backed by Danaher’s toolkits for core processes, with exciting projects on the horizon that will allow you to grow and leave a lasting impact on our organization.
Your Role:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
* HR Operations & DBS: Develop and implement standard, high-quality work processes and procedures, including the creation and storage of contractual documents and ensuring up-to-date data in HR IT systems.
* Employee Point of Contact: Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for employees regarding their concerns and questions.
* Payroll Management: Coordinate, implement, and ensure quality control of time management and monthly payroll for relevant employees, along with operational support for company pension schemes and benefits.
* Compensation Processes & HR Analytics: Oversee the operational implementation of compensation processes defined for Germany and develop HR reporting and analytics.
* Project Management: Manage individual projects within your area of responsibility and actively participate in larger national and international projects, such as introducing digital HR processes.
Essential Requirements:
* University degree or completed vocational training with relevant additional qualifications.
* Several years of professional experience in HR and payroll or a related field.
* Expertise in payroll accounting, collective bargaining, income tax, social security law, and employer relations, including collaboration with works councils and project management experience.
* Familiarity with relevant IT tools (e.g., SAP R/3 HR, Workday, ATOSS).
* Fluency in German and very good English skills.
