Job Summary
A Senior Manager will oversee accounting services and manage a team of accountants.
Your Role:
1. You are responsible for managing a team from junior to manager level, providing regular feedback on their performance.
2. You develop overall performance by ensuring deadlines are met, monitoring workload planning and scheduling workloads.
3. The internal processes and procedures must be applied with absence management to maintain short-term resource levels. This includes capacity planning through recruitment participation appraisal target setting career development and assuming managerial role models in the organization.
