Main Responsibilities:
* Schedule steering committees and programme boards
* Consolidate inputs, track actions, and maintain a central decision log
* Build reports on progress, KPIs, and risks
* Organize agile meetings, retrospectives, and cross-functional working sessions
Requirements:
* Background in programme management or transformation with 3-5 years of experience in a PMO, transformation office, or cross-functional project role
* Effective communicator and facilitator with strong business fluency in English; proficiency in German is beneficial
* Hands-on and proactive individual who takes ownership and drives clarity
