We are looking for an experienced EV Charging Installation Manager to build and scale our EV charger installation operations across Germany and Europe.
You will be responsible for managing installation partners and electricians, driving installation delivery, and ensuring safe, high-quality, and compliant EV charging deployments.
Key Responsibilities
* Build, manage, and develop a network of certified electricians, subcontractors, and installation partners
* Oversee the full installation lifecycle:
* site survey → planning → installation → commissioning
* Coordinate field installation activities and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Ensure compliance with local electrical regulations and safety standards
* Monitor installer performance, installation quality, SLA, and customer satisfaction
* Support troubleshooting and escalation management for installation-related issues
* Improve installation processes, operational efficiency, and field execution quality
* Work closely with technical, sales, and customer operations teams
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in EV charging, electrical installation, field operations, or technical project management
* Experience managing electricians, subcontractors, or installation/service partners
* Basic understanding of low-voltage electrical systems, single-phase / three-phase installations
* Strong operational execution and problem-solving skills
* Experience coordinating field service or installation projects
* Familiarity with EV charging infrastructure is highly preferred
* Knowledge of German electrical standards and installation practices is a plus
* Fluent English required; German is highly preferred
