About the Role
This role involves leading and managing a team, overseeing various HR administration tasks, and conducting data analysis to drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and lead a team of professionals in performing administrative tasks related to HR
* Conduct data analysis using HRIS software to provide insights for strategic decision-making
* Develop existing dashboards by collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources
* Evaluate performance indicators with cross-functional teams to enhance overall efficiency
* Anticipate trends, develop recommendations to optimize HR processes
* Monitor expenses, report to management on staff matters
Requirements
* Masters degree in management, IT, human resources or relevant field
* Previous experience in data analysis, preferably in HR domain
* Familiarity with organizational dynamics and effective communication
* Sensitivity to IT systems and digital tools
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, pivot tables, and common office tools
* Knowledge of data visualization tools (tables, PowerBI)
* Languages: English, French, German, Luxembourgish; ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
* Analytical mind, strong problem-solving skills
