Drive Business Growth in Europe

We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion across the continent.

* Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the data center sector and other industries requiring UPS systems
* Manage existing accounts and foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders
* Promote and sell our Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems
* Deliver regular sales reports to management and key partners

To excel in this role, you will require:

* Proven experience in selling UPS systems to the data center sector and other industries in Europe
* A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
* A minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably focusing on technical solutions for data centers, electrical infrastructure, or similar sectors

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background or certifications in UPS systems, power management, and/or energy solutions. Fluency in English is essential, as is a willingness to travel in Europe and globally.

Key Responsibilities:

* Cultivate business partnerships and expand our customer base
* Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies
* Maintain accurate records of sales performance and progress
