Purpose of the position
1. Drive the further development and continuous improvement of efficient accounting processes based on our ERP system INFOR M3 and other linked systems (ONE template)
2. Ensure harmonized ways of working within Intersnack’s Finance organizations
3. Group Process Owner for general accounting processes with a focus on travel and expense management
4. Support the roll-out of the ONE template to the entire Intersnack Group together with the Roll-out Managers and with the Group Process Owners of other areas, IT and consulting resources
5. Support the change process of the template in close collaboration with local key users
6. Design training concepts and perform trainings
Responsibilities and opportunities of the position
7. Global responsibility for general accounting topics with a special focus on the travel and expense management tool within the Infor solution stack
8. Support the Group Process Owner Finance and the Group Process Owners Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger including Fixed Assets and VAT
9. Further development of the financial accounting processes
10. Manage the process network community for all finance processes
11. Develop and certify skills within the organisation by developing and holding trainings, educating trainers and managing the training / certification within the own area of responsibility
12. Manage adherence to the ONE template and ways of working across Intersnack
13. Facilitate best practice sharing and application
14. University degree in Business Administration or Economics
15. Approx. 5 years work experience in the finance area of international companies (ideally FMCG) with experience in the areas of general ledger, sub ledger, travel expenses and taxes
16. Experience in the preparation of annual financial statements in an international environment with local and international accounting standards
17. In-dept knowledge of ERP systems including travel expense tools considering payroll tax, income tax and sales tax
18. Good understanding of reporting processes and experience with business partnering
19. Sound understanding of relevant IT solutions (ERP systems, Business Intelligence and / or other relevant business software solutions)
20. Fluent spoken and written English and German are a must
21. Strong results orientation and good communication skills verbally and written
