We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team in a 19-hour per week working student role. This role will play an essential part in ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the entire recruiting lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling and confirming virtual and onsite interviews, communicating arrangements with both candidates and interviewers, following up with stakeholders to ensure timely responses and confirmations, administering candidate assessments as needed, and supporting the coordination of recruiting events.
The successful candidate will possess excellent German verbal and written communication skills, English verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience in a recruiting admin or coordinator role is desired, but not required. The ability to build trust, maximize relationships, and interact with different levels within our organization is crucial.
The role requires a detail-oriented, proactive, and organized individual who can solve problems under tight deadlines. Excellent planning, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills are essential, as well as the ability to multitask and handle competing priorities with deadlines. Passion for efficiency, automation, and productivity is also valued.
