They inform General Management of the financial health of the company, including our subsidiaries.They also provide the company's full picture through figures, reporting tables, and KPIs used to facilitate strategic decisions. Each team member's role is to have a clear view of the day-to-day activities and predict and anticipate the future.What You Will Contribute ToResponsible for providing accounting support to accounting supervisors and other managers within the department. Assist with processing daily activities in to the general ledger system, completes bank reconciliations, as well as processing journal entries and the month-ending closing period. Compiling statistical, financial, accounting or auditing reports and tables pertaining to matters such as cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable and receivable and profits and losses.Assist in month-end reporting proceduresProcess accounts payables and receivables as needed.Perform filing and general administrative tasks in support of accounting department.General Accounts Receivable FunctionsProcess daily sales batch reports, prepare and submit customer invoicesCode, post and receipt paymentsPrepare and coordinate deposit activitiesPerform all necessary account, bank and other reconciliationsMonitor customer accounts for non-payment and delayed paymentGeneral Accounts Payable FunctionsCheck, verify and process vendor invoicesSort, code and enter accounts payable dataAnalyze discrepancies and unpaid invoicesMaintain vendor filesGeneral Monthly Accounting FunctionsAssist with preparation of monthly account reconciliation reportsReconcile bank statementsSuggest and post approved adjusting journal entriesWhat You Will Need To Be SuccessfulMinimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably as an accounts receivable or payable clerkGerman language, advanced proficiencyBachelor's degree from an accredited university in accounting, preferredFamiliarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting proceduresCompetency in MS Office, databases, SAGE 100 ERP, Microsoft DynamicsProven ability to author excel spreadsheets and process financial reconciliation reportsStrong decision making, problem solving, accuracy and attention to detail skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to handle internal/external customer service requests professionallyJoin our passionate and dedicated teams who are shaping the future of sound
