Manage and design professional, efficient and proactive the entire production processes of our high-precision products.
Your main responsibilities
* Management of the Operations department at the Coswig site as part of our Lithography Division
* Lead the four teams of the department: Production Planning & Logistic, Production, Manufacturing Engineering and Facility Managements
* Ensure delivery performance by compliance OTD and cost targets
* Implement or improve existing methods for shop floor excellence (5S, MDI, VSM, CIP, etc.)
* Target-oriented demand/capacity planning in the operational value stream process
* Initiatives to increase capacity and productivity in terms of outputs, costs, quality, risk of defects
* Strategic planning of investments in production equipment based on customer needs
* Proactive collaboration with the customer, internal program management, quality assurance, engineering and division management
* Strategic responsibility for facility management in terms of maintenance (TPM) and planned expansions
* Responsible for compliance with occupational safety, health and environmental protection standards in production
Your profile
* University degree in technical, preferably production related studies
* Management experience in an industrial environment (e.g. precision mechanics, microsystems technology, medical technology, or similar)
* Solid technical and production background
* Understanding of quality standards and health and safety regulations
* Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office applications
* Experience in the application of operational excellence methods
* Ability to report to management level based on KPIs
* You have very good communication, negotiation and analytical skills (German and English)
* Willingness to travel approx. 10% - 20%
