The Landbanking Group (TLG) is a fast-moving, category-defining company creating investible products from natural capital. We operate at the frontier where high finance meets deep ecology – turning biodiversity, soil, and water into a new asset class. We blend mission and market savvy: delivering competitive returns for investors while restoring ecosystems on the ground.
About the Role
We have recently established an Advisory Team to support clients who want to go further than what our platform Landler provides – companies ready to explore how healthy nature can be recognized as a financial asset, reflected on their balance sheet, and leveraged to unlock new forms of value.
The Advisory Team Manager will play a central role in shaping and running this new function. You will ensure the team is well-coordinated while directly engaging with clients, managing projects, and helping companies build the economic rationale for investing in healthy nature – and being rewarded for doing so.
Key Responsibilities
* Client engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their strategic needs, frame opportunities, and build trust.
* Project delivery: Manage and deliver your own client projects – from scoping and research to storytelling, including structured reports, slide decks, and data visualizations.
* Sounding board: Act as a thought partner for other project managers, helping them sharpen structures, outputs, and client communication.
* Team coordination: Keep the advisory team on track, ensuring priorities are clear and projects run smoothly.
* Expert integration: Spot where external expertise is needed, and bring in the right contractors or domain specialists.
* Cross-team collaboration: Coordinate with Customer Success team and Sales team on on-platform delivery and capacity planning for incoming leads.
* Knowledge development: Help capture learnings and turn them into scalable approaches for future clients.
What We’re Looking For
* 5–7 years of professional experience, ideally in strategy consulting, sustainability advisory, ESG, or other client-facing work.
* Strong generalist profile: quick learner, structured thinker, able to navigate diverse industries and contexts.
* Skilled in project management, balancing multiple client projects with ease.
* Excellent storytelling and visualization skills: able to craft clear reports, compelling narratives, and sharp presentations.
* A strong communicator and collaborator: enjoys acting as a sounding board, integrating diverse perspectives, and working in shared leadership.
* Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, adaptable, thrives in pioneering contexts.
* Interest in or exposure to finance, sustainability, or natural capital is highly desirable, but deep expertise is not required if you are a fast learner.
What We Offer
* The chance to help shape a new function from the ground up in a pioneering start-up at the intersection of finance and nature.
* A non-hierarchical, collaborative work environment where leadership is shared and initiative is valued.
* Exposure to global clients and cutting-edge conversations about putting nature on the balance sheet.
* A role that combines hands-on project delivery with strategic orchestration.
