About the role
As a Project Leader, you will drive complex initiatives from planning through execution, aligning stakeholders, leading project teams, and navigating change to deliver high‑quality outcomes. You will proactively manage risks, enable clear decision‑making, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast‑paced, global environment.
This is your new job:
1. Lead complex, cross‑functional projects end‑to‑end, translating business objectives into clear plans and driving delivery against agreed targets
2. Define project scope, build robust project plans, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure quality outcomes from kickoff through completion
3. Shape the right project team, identifying required skills and resources early, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring the team is set up for success
4. Provide hands‑on leadership to project teams, offering day‑to‑day guidance, removing blockers, and constructively addressing conflicts when they arise
5. Actively manage change, assessing the impact of new or evolving requirements, steering decision‑making, and embedding a structured change management approach
6. Anticipate and mitigate risks, proactively identifying potential issues, developing contingency scenarios, and adjusting plans to keep delivery on track
7. Ensure transparent communication and reporting, keeping stakeholders informed on progress, risks, and outcomes, and enabling timely decisions
8. Drive continuous improvement, contributing to the enhancement of project delivery practices, business processes, and quality standards across the organization
9. Continuously develop own capabilities, learning from complex delivery environments and sharing best practices across teams and functions
This is you:
10. Master ‘s Degree in a technical field
11. Minimum 5 years relevant work experience
12. Experience within the semiconductor industry/knowledge of semiconductor processes and packages is a benefit
13. PMI certification or similar is a clear benefit
14. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
15. Resilient and assertive
16. Ability and willingness to take ownership of projects
17. A solution-focused mindset
18. Team player with a strong drive to achieve success and a pronounced hands-on mentality
19. Good knowledge in state-of-the-art project management tools and their application
20. Good MS Office knowledge
21. Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
