As a working student d/f/m in the Battery Software & Controls Team, you will actively support our developers in documenting, organizing, and streamlining key aspects of the software and controls development process for Battery Power Plants. You’ll be involved in a variety of activities to enhance team organization and knowledge transfer, including documentation, report creation, presentations, graphics, and processes alignment. You’ll promote the use of Confluence as a documentation platform and contribute to the daily activities of a highly collaborative team.
About the role
1. Supporting the team with development documentation.
2. Updating template documents and presentations.
3. Migrating documentation to the Confluence platform.
4. Assisting with the organization of tickets and tasks using the Jira platform.
5. Suggesting improvements for documentation processes and structures.
6. Collecting and organizing data and Information.
7. Supporting the team in organizational matters.
Job requirements and experience
8. Enrolled student in Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
9. Business fluent in English.
10. Strong communication and excellent writing skills.
11. Well-organized, with high attention to Detail.
12. Adaptable for a fast pace environment and proactive problem-solver.
13. Committed to collaboration and able to work independently and reliably.
Advantageous, but not essential
14. German.
