We are seeking a Global Private Label Specialist (f/m/d)to drive the rollout and implementation of Fielmann’s newly defined global private label strategy. In this role, you will help translate our strategic vision into reality - connecting brand, product, and market needs while coordinating global and regional stakeholders. You will play a key part in bringing our new brand and assortment direction to life across markets, with Spain and the US as initial focus regions.

* Brand & communication implementation: Implement brand guidelines and storytelling tools to ensure consistent brand expression across markets, stores and training teams.
* International stakeholder coordination: Act as the central link between Marketing, Training and country teams, ensuring alignment, information flow, and coordinated global initiatives.
* A ssortment & product development support: Collaborate with design and product teams, bringing strong product interest, trend insights and understanding of brand aesthetics into the development process.
* Project & process management: Manage cross-functional timelines, workflows and approvals, enabling efficient and agile go-to-market processes.
* Insights-driven optimization: Analyze market inputs, customer data and regional requirements to support decisions on assortment, pricing, and brand positioning.
* Go-to-market preparation & execution: Create and coordinate launch materials, rollout activities and training content to support smooth market introductions and global consistency.
You inspire us - your profile
* 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management or Communication, ideally with exposure to store communication, training, or retail environments
* Strong capability to coordinate international teams and manage cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing, Training and country organizations
* Genuine interest in products, design and trends, with the ability to translate product insights into brand-relevant decisions
* Solid marketing and project management skills, paired with a structured, hands-on working style
* Experience in retail or in building own brands/private labels, ideally including collaboration with international suppliers, is a strong advantage
* Fluency in English; conversational German (or willingness to learn) and Spanish is a plus
* Background in lifestyle, fashion, or other consumer-focused industries is highly appreciated
